How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. For hand-dyed yarns that are 'dyed to order,' please allow up to 10 business days for our artisans to prepare your skeins.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our yarns worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.
What is your return policy for yarn and patterns?
We accept returns on unused yarn in its original skein form within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital products, such as PDF knitting patterns, are non-refundable once downloaded.
Are your hand-dyed yarns colorfast?
We use professional-grade acid dyes and a thorough rinsing process to ensure color stability. However, for highly saturated colors, we recommend hand-washing in cold water with a pH-neutral wool wash for the first few cleans.
Can I request a specific dye lot for my project?
Since our yarns are hand-dyed in small batches, there are no traditional dye lot numbers. We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your entire project at once so we can select skeins from the same batch for the best color consistency.
