At Les Laines Biscotte Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your knitting and crochet projects. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused yarn in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your yarn is in its original skein form, with labels intact, and has not been wound, washed, or used.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
